Hypnotico Lyrics » Jennifer Lopez

[Intro]
All of the girls that know that they sexy
C’mon
[Verse 1]
Flip it, slap it down, it’s gonna get nasty
Hypnoti-notico, hypnoti-notico
Shimmy-shakers, earthquakers up in the city
Hypnoti-notico, hypnoti-notico
They love me for my body, I’m original sexy
Hypnoti-notico, hypnoti-notico
[Chorus]
All the boys all love it when we do our thing
We’re just some silly heartbreakers tonight (Tonight)
All the boys all want it, but it don’t mean a thing
We got tonight (Tonight), we’re just some silly heartbreakers tonight
All the boys all love it when we do our thing
We’re just some silly heartbreakers tonight (Tonight)
All the boys all want it, but it don’t mean a thing
We got tonight (Tonight), we’re just some silly heartbreakers tonight
[Post-Chorus]
Hypnoti-notico, hypnoti-notico
[Verse 2]
Red eyes widen, envious smiling
Hypnoti-notico, hypnoti-notico
Sunburned, baby, hurts like crazy
Hypnoti-notico, hypnoti-notico
Hungry for some yum, yum, gonna get me some, some
Hypnoti-notico, hypnoti-notico

About Jennifer Lopez’s Hypnotico from LOVE? (2011)

On his Tumblr blog, Claude Kelly explained:
Hypnotico is kind of where it ALL began for me…and Lady Gaga.
in 2007 we were both working with producer, Red One, in a small studio in Queens, NY. Gaga was writing what would later become her debut album and i was writing songs with him to pitch to other artists. we were all friends and often rode the train together to get to the studio.
Red began working with Akon, who had an artist named Tami Chynn who needed songs for her album. So Akon & Red One flew Lady Gaga and I both out to LA to write songs for Tami. it was my first time meeting and working with Akon. the first songs Lady Gaga, Tami Chynn and i wrote together at Record Plant Studios was “Hypnotico”.
from that trip, Akon met, signed and helped launch Lady Gaga’s career. from that same trip, Akon and I became good friends/ writing partners. he gave me a CD of tracks before i left to write to. from That CD of tracks i wrote songs for Leona Lewis (“Forgive Me”), Whitney Houston (“Like I Never Left”, “I Got You”) and Michael Jackson (“Hold My Hand”). and my career as songwriter blossomed.
Tami Chynn never came out, and i thought Hynotico was a lost cause. but in 2011, it resurfaced as a song Jennifer Lopez was interested in for her new album. she finally recorded it and it made it onto her latest album, Love?
That song, Hypnotico, is a symbol of how dreams come true if you work hard, and a constant reminder of how far I’ve come.
I’m still extremely grateful for all that i’ve achieved.
